By ordering a Tandoori dish you may ask the question, what is a Tandoori? A Tandoori is a clay oven made from a very special clay imported from the Punjab region of India and assembled in the UK. All food is cooked and grilled over charcoal fire in the Tandoori. Practically no fat is used to cook any Tandoori dishes, so a gift to weight watchers.
